Preferred Appliance Sales and Repair is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Warehouse Leader to join our growing team! This critical role requires extensive experience in warehouse management, exceptional organizational abilities, proactive leadership, and hands-on capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead our back-of-house team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse and showroom, ensuring all inventory is properly stocked and presented.
- Coordinate and manage incoming deliveries, ensuring trucks are promptly unloaded and products accurately organized.
- Continuously monitor inventory levels in both the warehouse and showroom, keeping stock replenished as necessary.
- Manage delivery crews, ensuring that the correct inventory items are pulled and prepared accurately for scheduled deliveries.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Extensive warehouse management experience with proven success in similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven leadership experience, capable of motivating and managing a team effectively.
- Physically strong and capable of handling and organizing large appliances.
- Proactive "go-getter" attitude, able to anticipate needs and act efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
